SAP Inventory & Valuation
Review Packages
Mur-ERP turns seven SAP table exports into BI-ready packages that surface inventory, valuation, and master-data candidates for your specialists to validate. No personal data required.
The Strategic Value
Every run produces the same structured output across three review areas. All findings are review candidates for partner-side or client-side validation.
I. Inventory Liquidity
Working-Capital Visibility Surface dead stock, excess stock, and long-coverage inventory positions that may indicate trapped working capital.
II. Valuation & Balance-Sheet Review
Exception Visibility Identify zero-price stock, price deviations, blocked stock, negative inventory, and valuation-class review candidates for specialist validation.
III. Process Stability
Master-Data Visibility Highlight master-data and planning gaps such as missing MRP controllers, orphaned records, lot-size issues, missing bins, and deletion conflicts.
The Simple Workflow
A fixed-input, fixed-output, email-first process. Most of the work happens asynchronously, with minimal IT effort on the client side.
Export 7 SAP tables
Export exactly seven SAP core tables in standard CSV format. For teams familiar with SAP table exports, the extraction is usually a lightweight IT task.
Upload securely
Send the exports as a password-protected ZIP through the approved secure transfer channel, using your project-specific credentials.
Receive the review package
We return the complete result package within 5 business days after a valid upload, delivered as a structured, BI-ready set of files.
Validate internally
Partner-side or client-side specialists review the candidates, confirm what is relevant, and decide on next steps.
What You Receive
Every analysis run returns the same fixed deliverables, so you always know exactly what the output is.
Consolidated overview CSV
A single, BI-ready summary file that brings the key review candidates together in one place.
Data-quality and validation log
A transparent log of how your inputs were read and processed, including any data-quality observations.
15 detailed review-candidate CSV files
Granular files covering inventory, valuation, and master-data exceptions, each ready for partner-side validation.
Static methodology and field glossary PDF
Documentation explaining how each candidate is derived and what every field means, so your team can interpret the package with confidence.
What Mur-ERP Does Not Do
Mur-ERP provides standardized automated data analysis. It does not provide SAP consulting, implementation support, accounting advice, audit assurance, compliance certification, or operational instructions.
All outputs are review candidates intended for validation by qualified partner-side or client-side specialists.
Security First
We design our workflows around secure transfer and strict data isolation. No personal data is required to run an analysis, and security is embedded into every operational step.
1 No Personal Data Required
The required schema excludes personal-identifier fields. If fields such as ERNAM or AENAM are accidentally included, they are dropped on read and are not parsed or stored.
2 Encrypted Transfer
Data moves through password-protected transfer channels secured with project-specific credentials, so each engagement stays isolated.
3 Authorized Sender Registry
To protect client data isolation, uploads arriving from unregistered corporate email addresses are rejected.
Start with a Free Pilot
Your first live analysis run is free. After the pilot, individual analysis runs are billed at a flat $5,000 per run, with partner packages available for recurring project use.
